AHA AGM & Gardening Presentations

We are pleased to invite you to attend the 2021 Annual meeting of the Alberta Horticultural Association

Date: Saturday, May 15, starting at 9:00am – ONLINE ZOOM EVENT

We encourage each AHA affiliate to designate delegates for the AGM.  All members of each affiliate are also welcome to attend the meeting.

AGM join us from 10:00-11:15 am for two presentations to help us get ready for another year of remarkable enthusiasm for horticulture.

• Michel Gauthier speaking about the Canadian Garden Council’s campaign for the Year of the Garden 2022 and how our Horticultural Societies and Clubs can bring these initiatives to our communities.
• Sharon Murphy’s presentation Setting up your perennial garden for success goes beyond the basic steps of planning and planting. Sharon will share her insights on pushing horticultural zones, things to know when buying plants, how crowding perennials can kill their enthusiasm and yours, and perennials that deserve more attention.

As a bonus – Sharon’s presentation will be recorded and available for AHA members to watch until June 15.

There is no fee to attend but registration is required.
